Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential in accordance with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) Code of Ethics and Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA). Your information is never shared without your written consent, except where legally required (e.g., risk of imminent harm).
Yes. We offer secure video sessions via Zoom for clients anywhere in Alberta. The care is the same — professional, confidential, and effective.
Fees vary by service type. Individual therapy sessions are $200 per 50-minute session. Cognitive assessments range from $1,200 to $1,800. Many extended health insurance plans cover Registered Psychologist services. We also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots.
Private psychology services are not covered by AHCIP. However, most workplace benefit plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) provide full or partial coverage for Registered Psychologist services. We can help verify your coverage.
Therapy is a personal journey. Some clients feel improvement after 6–8 sessions; others work with us longer. We focus on sustainable progress — no one-size-fits-all timelines.
Your first session is an intake assessment. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals. It's a relaxed conversation — you set the pace, and we listen carefully to understand how best to support you.
